Now we all know as runners that sometimes it feels like you are dragging tyres behind you, other times it just hurts and then there are the times (thank goodness) where everything just feels right.

After really battling to regain my fitness since my latest running injury a few weeks ago i had one of those awesome runs this Sunday morning, now i am the first to admit that i am not fast but i am steady and today i felt like i could go on and on and on, i loved it, every step, every pinging endorphin rush, up and down the hills, it was just bliss.

At last i feel strong and fit again and am once again reminded of why i just love to run.
