Running helps me to breathe, it makes me a better person and takes me to places i don’t normally get to (physically and mentally).

It improves my mood which makes life easier for my family and the people around me.  It assuages my guilt when i want to have that extra piece of chocolate and keeps my weight under control, sort of.

It de stresses me after a busy day at work teaching many, many, many (i swear they multiply as the day goes on) four year olds and then dealing with my own two children’s homework, sport and other demands.

It is my me time and my sanity and when people ask me “How can i run?”  The real question is how can i not.
