First i was a runner but thanks to various running injuries over the last year or so i have started cycling as well.

Unfortunately the latest knee injury i have picked up is a real doozy so for the next while running and the bike are out.

No problem, (actually a huge problem of mood swinging, mind altering, i am not getting my fix proportions), i will take up swimming.

So far so good and guess what, when i am all fixed up i can do triathlons.

How is that for being an optimist!
