There are some advantages to “not running due to an injury”. First of all I have just so much blog material rolling around in my head and secondly, don’t laugh, but I have actually lost weight (how ironic is that).
It’s called the ‘Help, I am not running which means my weight is going to balloon which means I cannot put anything that is even remotely fattening in my mouth’ diet.
Of course, it could be that I am severely depressed or just loosing muscle and we all know that muscle weighs way more than fat and no running means the munchies are kept at bay, sort of.
So while the rest of you are out running I can actually fit into my jeans again. Come on guys, help me out, I am grabbing at straws here.
