Now listen here knee, it’s not like i expect too much from you.  Just two 10 km runs a week and a longer one on the weekend, the pace is slow and i watch my weight so it’s not like you are carrying too much of an extra load (trust me when i say there are other knees out there in a far worse position than you) and i have even taken up cycling in between runs to give you a bit of breathing space.  And, not to be rude, but despite the fact that you are not the best looking knee out there i have never given you a hard time about that.

So, enough with the “eina”, it’s time you started doing your job properly.
